Job Description:

  • The candidate will be responsible for handling a team of patent experts.
  • The candidate should be able to handle projects including, but not limited to Patent Drafting, Patent landscape, Prior Art searches, Invalidation, FTO searches (see services page).
  • The candidate should have good communication skills to interact with clients in solving their queries.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Qualified Indian Patent Agents will be preferred.
  • B.Tech. (any branch related to Electronics, Mechanical or Biotechnology) with minimum 65% or 6.5 CGPA.
  • M.Tech./ MS (any branch related to Electronics, Mechanical or Biotechnology) with minimum 65% or 6.5 CGPA.
  • Author of article in peer reviewed Journal or speaker in an International conference will be given preference.

Job Description:

  1. Perform competitive market research.
  2. Forecasting: Creating excel driven quantitative models and business assumptions using both quantitative and qualitative market research.
  • Secondary Research: To identify data-points such as production, consumption of product commodities.
  • Primary Research: To generate quantitative and qualitative insights to understand the current market trends and forecasting with key opinion leaders.
  1. Data Analytics: To undertake complex and industry standard statistical and data analytics techniques to conduct trend analysis, data validation and triangulation.
  2. Utilize various sources & technology to create high-quality prospect contact lists for use integrated marketing campaigns.
  3. Company Profiling: Conduct analysis of companies in terms of market share, product portfolio, new launches, product recalls and mergers & acquisitions.
  4. Collect and analyze data collected from primary, secondary sources and databases.
